  • Janette Post - Managing Director

  • Kieran Brogan - Technical Manager

    Kieran has worked for Rift for over 7 years and is now the technical and production manager. He is an Inland Revenue expert, anything he doesn't know isn't worth knowing. His door is always open for help and advice although its wise to let him have his early morning cup of tea first..... He's also a bit of a Delia Smith on the side and he bakes a great cake!

  • Philip Carter - General Manager

    Philip joined Rift as General Manager in January 2009 although has been an advisor to the business since 2008. Is passionate about health and fitness and despite dodgy knees, loves running around a squash court. He is doing the three peaks challenge in July this year and although he does eat healthly, he cannot resist a biscuit!

  • Julia Sinclair - Assistant Technical Manager

    Julia has worked for Rift since April 2003 and has had experience in every department before settling in Production. Like Kieran, Julia is an one of Rifts Inland Revenue experts. She loves socialising, holidays in the sun and has a passion for good food and wine.

  • Nathan Cotton - Senior Claims Specialist

    Nathan is a supervisor for one of the processing teams and has been with the company since 2006. He is one of the people responsible for completing your tax return and helping you get back some money. In his spare time he's a bit of a jigsaw geek but also loves to party!

  • James Marsh - Claims Specialist

    James joined the company in 2008 and as well as calculating your refunds, can also be found in site canteens helping our clients fill in their forms. James has just bought his very first batchelor pad and so in his spare time if he's not in the pub he's in Ikea.

  • Graham Cook - Claims Specialist

    Graham is one of our 'senior' team members and joined the company over 5 years ago. As well as completing tax returns, due to his lifetime of experience, Graham is also the company 'Jack of all Trades' or 'Mr Fix It' ranging from computers and telephones to the smaller DIY jobs. Graham is married and when not at home working through the list of jobs his wife has prepared, enjoys holidays in the sun or visiting his two children.

  • Gemma Rix - Claims Specialist

    Gemma is our sports specialist and she joined the company in 2008. She graduated from Leeds Metropolitan university in Leisure and Sports Studies in 2004 and since then has held various positions included managing a bar in Leeds. She is a keen Charlton Athletic supporter and her claim to fame is that she once shared a lift with Billy Zane!

  • Paulina Burzynska - Claims Specialist

    Paulina is also from Poland and as well as assisting our international clients, she also completes tax returns for our CIS clients. Paulina is currently on maternity leave waiting for the birth of her first child.

  • Natalie Freeland

    Natalie joined the company in 2009 and is training to be a claims specialist. She is also working towards her an accountancy qualification and aims to be level 2 and 3 AAT qualified. In her spare time she enjoys socialising with her friends and spending time with her family.

  • John Bennington - Senior Claims Specialist

    John joined the company in 2009 as a claims processor but will shortly be supervising his own team. John can often be found with his head in a book and loves a good cup of tea. However has also been known to create some interesting moves on the dance floor.

  • Nikki Cork - Claims Specialist

    Nikki is one of the newest members of the team and joined us at the end of 2009 after 10 years working in the travel industry. Having swapped travel for tax, she is currently training as a claims Specialist. In her spare time she is a fitness fanatic and also loves a bit of DIY.

  • Jeff Williams - Claims Specialist

    Jeff joined Rift in 2006 as a claims specialist, after a very varied career which included a few years in the RAF, working as a driving instructor and time with a national sales company. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, photography and is also a licenced radio amateur.

  • Justyna Jaworska - Claims Specialist

    Justyna is originally from Poland and is an economics graduate. As well as processing tax returns she also looks after migrant workers because of her language skills. When she's not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.

  • Jon Harvey - Assistant Claims Specialist

    Jon has been with the company since June 09 and is the guy responsible for checking your file and making sure we have all the documents we need to complete your claim. He is currently training to be a claims specialist. Jon is a fitness fanatic but also has a passion for fast cars and a good pint of guiness.

  • Clare Bristow

    Clare joined the company at the end of 2009 as an admin assistant. She is training as a claims specialist as well as working towards a qualification in customer service. When she's not working she enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend.
