How Do You Qualify?
Travel and Expenses Claim for Permanent Employees Working on Temporary Sites
In order to make a successful claim, the following criteria must be satisfied:
1. You have been continuously employed to move from site to site.
2. You are not on a fixed term contract or employed to work specifically on one site.
3. You are on PAYE;
4. You drive your own vehicle to the temporary workplaces - not a company vehicle.
5. You have not been based or expect to be based on one site for longer than 24 months.
